Working with your Leadership team, KPIs will be established and reviewed on a monthly basis.

Meeting site leader and staff expectations is critical to our success. Our Relationship Managers are in frequent communication with site personnel to identify issues or concerns.

INSPECTIONS
Tegrete Relationship Managers perform regularly scheduled inspections to evaluate the condition and cleanliness of restrooms, flooring surfaces, furniture, windows, kitchen areas, and more. Inspection results are shared with you and posted to the Tegrete Client Portal.

QR CODE REPORTS
Every QR code scan done upon the completion of service goes directly into the Tegrete Client Portal.

QUALITY REPORTS
Through the Tegrete Client Portal, Relationship Managers can generate several reports documenting the frequency of issues by location, audit results, and dates of location visits. In addition, reports can be customized based on your specific needs.

CLIENT SATISFACTION SURVEYS
Meeting — better yet — exceeding your expectations is paramount. Our Client Satisfaction Surveys give staff the opportunity to provide feedback on Tegrete, service providers, and their Relationship Manager.
